After payment verification, we email your license key within 24 hours. The key is a signed JWT token that you add to your Sentinel config file. No internet connection is required after activation.

Run sentinel activate --key YOUR_KEY from your terminal. The CLI validates the key locally using Ed25519 signature verification. Once activated, all Pro/Enterprise features unlock immediately.

No. License verification is fully offline. The key contains an Ed25519 signature that is validated locally against the embedded public key. Your server never phones home.

Each Pro license covers one machine (host). If you need to run Sentinel on multiple servers, you need one license per host. Enterprise licenses include volume discounts — contact us for details.

No. Sentinel uses zero-code auto-instrumentation via sitecustomize.py. Upgrading from Community to Pro simply unlocks additional features. No code changes, no redeployment, no SDK updates.

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Email us with your transaction ID and we will process the refund within 3 business days.

Monthly licenses are valid for 30 days and auto-renew. Annual licenses are valid for 365 days. You receive a renewal reminder 7 days before expiry. If a license expires, Sentinel falls back to Community features — no data is lost.

Sentinel is fully self-hosted. Our service availability has zero impact on your deployment. License activation is offline, breach detection is local, and the dashboard runs on your machine. There is no cloud dependency.
