AI agents are making thousands of critical decisions daily in finance, healthcare, and pharma — approving loans, summarizing patient records, generating trial reports. But when regulators ask "what did your AI do?", most teams have no answer. We started Breach Intel to fix that.

🎯

Mission

Give every AI agent an audit trail that can't be erased. We build the infrastructure layer between your AI agent and regulatory accountability — logging every compliance violation with cryptographic proof, without changing a single line of your agent's code.

🔭

Vision

A world where deploying an AI agent in a regulated industry automatically comes with tamper-evident compliance logging — just like deploying a web app comes with HTTPS. Compliance should be infrastructure, not overhead.

Principles

What drives us

🔍

Transparency

If it happened, it should be provable. We build systems that make AI behavior auditable by default.

🔒

Integrity

Tamper-evident by design. Every record cryptographically chained. Trust through math, not policy.

Simplicity

Three commands. Zero code changes. If compliance requires a rewrite, nobody will adopt it.

🌐

Open Core

The community edition is free forever. Core compliance tooling should be accessible to all.

Origin

Why we built this

We saw AI agents deployed in fintech platforms giving unauthorized financial advice, healthcare bots exposing protected health information, and pharma agents generating trial reports with fabricated data points — all with zero audit trail.

The existing solutions were either guardrails (which only prevent, not prove) or manual audit processes (which are slow, incomplete, and can't scale). Neither answers the question regulators actually ask: "Show me what your AI did, and prove the record hasn't been tampered with."

So we built Breach Intel — a policy agent that attaches to any AI agent via Python's import system, classifies every response in under 1ms, and logs breaches to a SHA-256 hash chain. No code changes. No middleware. No compliance theater. Just cryptographic proof of everything your AI agents do.
